Meet your advisor

The advisor San Diego families call before the crisis, and during one

For 11+ years, Natalie Barrantes has worked inside the senior care industry, licensed to run the very communities she now helps families evaluate. That’s the difference between a referral and an advocate.

Why one advisor, not five

Why families get her whole toolkit

Placement was never the whole job. The families Natalie serves needed the house sold to fund the move, medical equipment before discharge, monitoring for the months before a move made sense, and someone to run the garage sale nobody had energy for. So she built the one-stop version: placement, real estate, supplies, monitoring, and moving support under one advisor. One phone number. One person accountable.

With 63 million Americans now caring for an aging loved one (AARP, 2025), most of them adult daughters, “one person accountable” is the difference between a plan and a pile of tabs open at midnight.

The inside view

What an RCFE license changes about a tour

When Natalie walks a community, she reads it like the state inspector will: staffing ratios per shift, medication-management systems, licensing citations on file, how the memory-care wing actually smells at 3pm. Families see the lobby. She sees the operation. Then she tells you the truth, because her name rides on every placement.

More about Natalie

What is an RCFE Administrator license?

It’s the California Department of Social Services credential required to run a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly, earned through certification training, a state exam, and continuing education. Most placement advisors have never held one; Natalie evaluates communities with an operator’s eye.

Does Natalie work with Spanish-speaking families?

Yes, Natalie is fully bilingual and handles the entire placement in Spanish when families prefer: the assessment, community tours, contract review, and family conversations. Se habla español.

Is Natalie a real estate agent too?

Yes. Natalie is a licensed Realtor® with eXp Realty (DRE #01987601). Families who need to sell a home to fund care can keep the move and the sale on one coordinated timeline, though placement help stays free whether or not she lists the home.

One conversation. A clear plan for mom or dad.

Free to your family, from the first call. Natalie replies personally, the same day.
